Product Definition Sheets

Product Definition Sheets give the customer complete control over the preparation and the constituents in their solutions. The product definition describes all steps in manufacture and identifies all components from salts and solvents to packaging and labeling.  Customers are asked to review and sign the Product Definition sheet prior to our initiating manufacture of the first batch. The Product Definition is a Change-Control document; no changes to the manufacture of the solution can be made without prior receipt of an amended (and signed) copy by Chata.
